16 Jun AGM – Revised date

Please advised that the AGM scheduled for this Sunday, 19^th of June will be postponed and now held on Wednesday, 29^th of June at 6.30pm. Reasoning behind this change is that we only received the signed audited financials last Friday, 10^th of June and as per the Rules of Association these financials do need to be exhibited a minimum of 14 days prior to the AGM on the clubhouse noticeboard.  
 
The auditing of financials for 2021 did take longer than expected and please be rest assured that processes will  now be put in place with the new management team to ensure this process is completed in a more timely manner moving forward.
 
Please also do note nominations are now reopen for Committee spots – nomination forms are now back on the noticeboard. All nominations already in place still stand. Nominations will close on Wednesday, 22^nd of June.
 
With the AGM moving dates this Sundays round of Telikom Pennants will revert back to the initial starting times. An update on who is playing who will be sent tomorrow along with timings.
